What are the dates of the UK Corporate Games 2024?
The 2024 Games will take place in Leeds from the 25-28 July.
What is the cost to enter the UK Corporate Games?
Entry fee is £89+Vat per person, includes entry into one sport, welcome festival, digital games programme, medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, sport and division awards.
What are the supplements for Karting, Golf and Tenpin?
Golf: £60pp (Entry into two rounds of Golf)
Karting: £50pp Per Event (Team Endurance and/or GP)
Tenpin: £30pp Can enter up to 3 events (Individual, doubles and team)

How many sports are on the programme?
There are currently 23 sports on the sport schedule, the full list of sports is available on the homepage.
How do I guarantee my entry into a sport?
There are a number of sports that have a maximum number of entries. Once you have opened a corporate account for entries this will guarantee company entry into desired sport(s).
Can participants enter more than one sport?
The entry fee of £89+Vat includes entry into one sport per person. For an additional fee of £50+Vat per person you can enter into 2 sports if the sport schedule allows.
Can I enter as an individual or do I have to be a part of a team?
Participants are welcome to enter as an individual or part of a team.
When is the entry deadline?
Thursday 4th July 2024.

Are there any prizes for winners?
Participants receive medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each event and corporate awards that include division winners, medalist award, sport championships and grand award.
What companies can take part?
The Games are open to all for the benefit of all and welcomes companies of all sizes and sectors. There are no minimum requirements on team sizes.
Are spectators welcome?
Spectators are welcome at no additional cost, spectator viewing areas will be different for each sport and will depend on the venue. For any further information contact [email protected].
I have a disability. Can I enter the UK Corporate Games?
Yes, as long as it is safe for participants to enter their desired sport. The Games are inclusive and welcomes people of all ages and abilities, encouraging people to get active in sport.

What accommodation will be available over the Games weekend?
Accommodation is available on campus at the University of Leeds and hotels in Leeds city centre.

What is the cost for the Great Games Party?
Tickets cost £15 in advance and £20 on the night, to purchase your tickets contact [email protected].
What is the theme for the Great Games Party?
The theme for 2024 is yet to be decided, please email any recommendations to [email protected].
Do I need to attend the SuperCentre Registration?
All participants must register in-person at the SuperCentre Registration before competing.
Will transport be provided to the venues?
Travel won’t be provided between venues. However we are encouraging sustainable travel and will be providing all participants with information on the options available to each venue.
Will our team need branded Kit?
Team kits are advisable, numbered shirts required for certain sports. Our partners New Balance are offering Games participants exclusive packages on branded kit – Sports Hub Group.
Will sports equipment be provided?
Essential sports equipment is provided however equipment will be required for certain sports, please refer to our Games brochure for more details on each sport.
Will there be medics at the event?
Qualified medical assistance through an external provider will be present where required.
Is there a minimum age to compete in the UK Corporate Games?
Participants under the age of 18 will require a parental consent form to be signed and they must be accompanied by an adult. Not all events will allow minors to participate.
